Can a person have problems with drug addiction and alcoholism at a young age?
Answered By Editor
Statistics are showing that the age for drug
addiction and alcohol abuse is getting lower.
In other words, there is no minimum age
requirement for a person to have alcoholism
or drug addiction. There is a disturbing
trend in which younger and younger people are
experimenting with alcohol and drugs.
Statistically-speaking, people who begin to
use at a young age have a much higher chance
of becoming addicted. Furthermore, drug
addiction and alcoholism do not discriminate.
They effect people across all backgrounds,
races, ages and classes.
